	You specify the Criteria and we give you the Wheel

Wheeling for Success

Lotto DesignerXL v1.02 offers you the tools, that will help you make your next Lotto Wheel a success.

	Set up your parameters Finally a Wheel Designer with parameters to satisfy any Lotto Game, from 6 to 99 Balls and from 2 to 24 Drawn. Go to Parameters
	Provide your restrictions to make "your" specialized wheel Do you think that 1 or 2 of your lucky numbers will come up on the upcoming draw? Make a wheel that will satisfy that restriction and any other such criteria. . Go to Constraints.
	Keep track of the quality of any wheel with the UWR A first from Lotto Designs. The Universal Wheel Rating (UWR) gives the ability to Rate any Lotto Design (wheel). This rating (a single number) does specify the quality of any wheel. Go to UWR
	Optimize the wheel to cover more A universal algorithm is constructed to achieve optimization for all the possible parameters you specify and all the possible restrictions you apply. Go to Optimization.
